This year a lot of tour operators did not gurantee their financial provision and, as a result, was excluded from Federal Register by Federal Tourism Agency. That means that now these companies could only be resellers of other companies' tours. Federal Tourism Agency (RussiaTourism.Ru) was founded in 2004. The main purpose of Agency is moulding the state policy in the area of tourism and its fulfillment. 34 Siberian tour operators was named in this list (only 4 - from Novosibirsk).
