Siberian Ring - sports and entertainment center that operates regional autocross circuit - entered into agreement with Hermann Tilke and his Tilke Engineering & Architecture GmbH. Hermann Tilke (on photo) is a German architect, designer of Formula One motor racing circuits and auto racer. The majority of work carried out on Formula 1 circuits, either building new ones or making adjustments to existing tracks, is carried out by Tilke Engineering. Tilke will design new 3,6km long Formula-3 class circuit, that will satisfy all the international requirements and standarts. New Siberian Ring will also have drag-racing lane, karting trek, velodrome and seats for 30-35 thousands visitors. Total investments for the engineering works (that are planned on year 2009) is about RUB 21 millions. |
